Prices below are starting points excluding VAT. A desk with four queue families, mixed time zones, or a year of renamed groups will be quoted after we have seen a sample file. Nothing on this page is a subscription to software.
First quarterly SLA pack
One desk, one quarter, draft, one revision, covering note, ninety-minute briefing (video). Printed copies extra if you want them posted from Kingswood.

What moves a quote
Number of queues, whether telephony and tickets must sit on facing pages, quality of timestamps, and whether we must build a mapping for names that changed mid-quarter. Travel from Kingswood beyond a day-return is itemised. We take a forty percent deposit when we accept an extract; the balance is due on issue of the final pack.
We do not publish a menu of ‘bronze / silver / gold’ packs. If your board only wants three charts, say so — the fee falls because the covering note shrinks, not because we hide fields.
