Privacy notice

This notice explains how Workspacebeamcore uses personal data when you visit this site, send a brief, or commission reporting work. It should be read with the cookie notice.

Controller

Workspacebeamcore, 74 Stone Cellar Road, Kingswood, BS15 8GL, United Kingdom, is the data controller. Email hello@workspacebeamcore.click. Telephone 07940665860.

What we collect

From the contact form: name, email, optional desk name, optional preferred week, the work selected, and your message. From email or telephone: the same kinds of details, plus whatever you choose to send. From commissioned work: ticket identifiers and timestamps in an extract you supply — you should strip descriptions and obvious personal data before sending. From the site: essential cookie choice stored in your browser; optional analytics only if you accept on the banner.

Why we use it

To reply to briefs, to prepare packs, to invoice, and to keep records required for tax and complaint handling in the United Kingdom. The legal bases are steps toward a contract, legitimate interests in running a reporting practice, and legal obligation where records must be kept. Consent is the basis for optional analytics cookies.

Retention

Unsuccessful briefs are kept for twelve months. Contract files, invoices, and extracts used to produce a paid pack are kept for six years after the engagement ends, then deleted or anonymised. Cookie choice stays in your browser until you clear storage.

Sharing

We do not sell contact lists. We may use an accountant, a printer in the Bristol area for bound packs, or a solicitor if a dispute arises. Hosting of this static site may involve processors in or outside the UK; where a transfer occurs we rely on the UK adequacy arrangements or standard contractual clauses as applicable.

International transfers

If a processor stores data outside the United Kingdom, we check that a lawful transfer tool is in place before we use them. Extracts are stored on encrypted disks in our Kingswood office during an engagement and are not placed on public cloud folders.

Your rights

You may ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, or portability where the UK GDPR provides those rights. You may withdraw cookie consent without affecting the rest of the site. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. We would rather hear first at hello@workspacebeamcore.click.

Children

This site is aimed at people commissioning work for a service desk. We do not knowingly collect data about children.
