Reporting work
On-site pack briefing
A facilitated session in your meeting room so the desk, the manager and the person who owns the SLA can read the same charts together.
Who it is for
Desks that have just received a quarterly pack and want the conversation in the room, not a forwarded PDF.
What you receive
A shared reading of the pack, a list of questions the extract cannot answer, and agreed follow-ups for the next quarter.
Scope
Ninety minutes to two hours, one location, up to twelve people. The pack must already exist or be commissioned with the visit.
Included
- Facilitation of the session
- Printed copies for attendees if we are given headcount five days ahead
- A one-page note of questions raised, sent within three working days
Not included
- Performance reviews of named staff
- Union or HR meetings
- Rework of the pack during the session beyond noting errors in labels
Who prepares it
A Workspacebeamcore associate travels from Kingswood.
How the work runs
- We agree the attendee list so the people who set the SLA and the people who take the contacts are both in the room.
- You provide a room with a table large enough for A3 sheets.
- We walk the pack page by page, then leave time for the desk to challenge the charts.
Time
Ninety minutes is the usual booking. Two hours if more than one queue family is in the pack.
Where
On site in England and Wales. Video briefing is available if travel is not justified.
What you prepare
Share any internal glossary (P1, major incident, VIP) beforehand so we do not relabel your work in the room.
Limits we will not hide
We will not discuss named agents. Charts stay at queue and priority level unless you have written consent to go further.
Fees
£480 for a ninety-minute video briefing. On-site briefings from £740 plus travel from Kingswood. The fee is waived on a first quarterly pack if the briefing is held within four weeks of issue.
Next step
Name a preferred week on the contact form after you have a pack in hand or on order.
