Who it is for

Managers considering a change to early, late or weekend cover and who want the case rooted in volume, not anecdote.

What you receive

A short report that shows which advertised hours were quiet, which were overloaded, and where a trial change would be least disruptive.

Scope

One desk, thirteen to twenty-six weeks of history, current rota described in writing by you.

Included

  • Heat map of volume by weekday and hour
  • Overlay of advertised cover where you supply it
  • Written caveats where bank holidays or a major incident week should be set aside
  • A forty-five minute discussion of the findings

Not included

  • Writing the new rota
  • Pay modelling or unsocial-hours calculations
  • Negotiation with staff representatives

Who prepares it

Workspacebeamcore.

How the work runs

  1. You describe the current pattern, including lunch cover and on-call.
  2. You supply the historical extract.
  3. We return the review and hold the discussion.

Time

Two to three weeks from a usable extract.

Where

PDF and discussion by video unless an on-site briefing is added.

What you prepare

Warn us about weeks that should be excluded (office move, system cutover, strike days).

Limits we will not hide

We will not recommend a headcount number without occupancy and handle-time fields in the extract.

Fees

From £1,900 excluding VAT. Combined with a first quarterly pack, from £3,800 for both.

Next step

Request a shift-pattern review and say how many weeks of history you can export.
