Reporting work
Weekly workload snapshot for supervisors
A short Friday pack showing contact volume by hour, abandoned calls, occupancy and tickets left open — drawn for the people who write next week’s rota.
Who it is for
Supervisors who build rotas and need a single sheet before the Monday huddle, not a quarterly board pack.
What you receive
One landscape page of charts plus a six-line note on the busiest hours and the queues that carried the leftover work.
Scope
One desk, one week, using the same field list each time so weeks can be compared.
Included
- Hourly volume for the advertised hours of cover
- Abandoned-call or abandoned-chat count where the extract includes it
- Tickets still open at close of the last advertised hour
- Delivery by Thursday evening for a week that ended the previous Friday
Not included
- Coaching individual agents
- Changing the IVR or chat routing
- Same-day emergency charts
Who prepares it
Workspacebeamcore, Kingswood.
How the work runs
- We agree a standing export (often a weekly scheduled file).

Where
PDF by email. No on-site visit unless you add a briefing.
What you prepare
Keep queue names stable. Tell us about bank holidays and planned closures before the week starts.
Limits we will not hide
Late extracts slip to the following week. We do not backfill missing hours with estimates.
Fees
From £620 a month for four weekly snapshots on one desk. A trial week is £190.
Next step
Ask for a trial week on the contact form and attach a sample week if you already have one.
